PAYMENT POLICY
Airline tickets: According to airlines rules. Escorted Tours: A deposit of $200 per person is required to begin a booking. This amount will be applied towards your travel pakage. Once the tour is confirmed this deposit is non -refundable. Independent Travel: Nordic Saga Tours requires a $100 per person to confirm a booking. Russia Travel: Deposit is $500 per person to confirm a booking. These deposits will be applied to your travel package. Once confirmed the deposit is non-refundable. Cruises: A deposit of $500 per person is required to begin a booking. This amount will be applied to your travel package. Once confirmed this deposit is non -refundable. Visas: Full payment upon request
FINAL PAYMENT
Escorted Tours/ Independent Travel: Final paymemt is due 60 days prior to departure. Cruises: Final payment is due 70 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Airline Tickets: $50 per person in addition to airline penalties
Escorted Tours / Independent Travel:
- 25% of total package price per person 60 - 40 days prior to departure
- 50% of total package price per person 39 - 14 days prior to departure
- No refund 13 days or less prior to departure
- Hotels are non refundable within 21 days of arrival
Russia Tours:
- $500 is non-refundable at any time
- 50% is non-refundable 60 - 45 days prior to departure
- 75% is non - refundable 45 - 30 days prior to departure
- no refund 30 days or less prior to departure
- 50% of total package price per person 70 - 35 days prior to departure
- No refund 34 days or less prior to departure
Visas: Non -refundable
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date when written notice is received by Nordic Saga Tours. Nordic Saga Tours terms and conditions override our air/sea/land suppliers terms and conditions.
Service Fee: A $30 processing fee applies to each booking. Bookings made, or payments received 20 days or less prior to departure from the US, will be assessed an additional $30 last minute booking fee.
Changes to a booking: Prior to final documentaion: $50 per person, After final documentation: $100 per person plus any other fees that may be assessed by our air/sea/land suppliers. If clients chooses to make changes to the travel arrangements made by Nordic Saga Tours while on their trip, there will be no refunds for unused portions.
Prices are in USD. Some prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in exchange rates of more than 5%.
Travel Agency Responsibility: In order to avoid misunderstandings, please be sure that clients are informed about any cancellation and / or change fees applicable to their travel program. Independent travel includes any of Nordic Saga Tours' unescorted itineraries, overnight ferrries, as well as any related special independent or custom arrangements.
Please note that some tours and cruises might have a different cancellation policy of which you will be advised at the time of booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
